Realme just launched a new mid-ranger in China today. Named the X50M 5G, it’s basically the X50 with most of its internals dialed down.
For one, the X50M 5G runs on a 7nm Snapdragon 765G, backed by 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. It’s equipped with a 6.57-inch display with FHD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. You also get a 4,200mAh battery with 30W Dart fast-charging.
For imaging, the X50M 5G boasts a quad rear camera setup. There’s a 48MP main sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide unit, and a pair of 2MP sensors for macro and depth. Upfront is a 16MP selfie unit paired with a 2MP depth sensor, both tucked in a punch hole.
The device is capable of recording 4K video at 30fps. It supports Dolby panoramic sound effects and Hi-Res Audio. Other features include a USB-C port, Bluetooth 5, and NFC.
As far as prices are concerned, it’s CNY1,999 (PhP14,295.71) for the 6GB+128GB variant and CNY2,299 (PhP16,441.14) for the 8GB+256GB variant. Do note that these prices are not yet inclusive of taxes and duties.
