Apart from its event in China, realme also held a launch in India, wherein they unveiled the realme Watch.
The realme Watch offers IP68 water resistance, and boasts a 1.4-inch touch display with a resolution of 320 x 320 pixels, 380 nits of brightness, and protected by 2.5D Gorilla Glass 3.
Like the realme band, it comes with a number of watch faces (12 to be exact) that you can use to match your style. Realme claims that they will add 100 new watch faces via an OTA update in the future.
The device boasts 24/7 heart rate monitoring, SpO2 monitoring, and currently supports 14 sports modes including Badminton, Treadmill, as well as Elliptical and Table Tennis. Now it can also be used to control music playback and to act as a remote shutter for the camera.
The realme Watch can also receive and show notifications, remind you to drink water, and tell you to do some exercise when you’re sitting for too long. It also tracks your sleep and can help you do some relaxation.
With 24/7 heart rate monitoring enabled, the realme watch’s 160mAh battery can deliver up to 7 days of uptime, and up to nine with the feature turned off.
As the center of its AIoT ecosystem, realme plans to roll out an update that lets you link multiple AIoT devices using the Realme Watch without having to open your phone.
Realme Watch comes in two strap designs – Classic, which is basically a Black color, and Fashion, which includes Red, Blue and Green. It’s priced at INR3,999.
