Three Lenovo IdeaPad 2020 laptops were unveiled earlier today along with quite a variety of devices at the Lenovo Summer Sale launch event. The three Lenovo IdeaPad 2020 laptops were the IdeaPad S540, IdeaPad Flex 5, and IdeaPad Slim 5. Well, technically two new devices and one refreshed model, but I digress.
Refreshed Lenovo IdeaPad S540
Silver
Let’s get the refreshed laptop out of the way. The Intel-powered S540 was announced in September 2019, while the AMD-variant was already soft-launched late last week.
The company announced both variants of the 13-inch laptop today with AI and Windows Hello facial recognition. The AI helps improving its battery life through Intelligent Thermal Solution (ITS) 4.0 which allows users to shift processing power through tasks.
Ice Blue
The AMD-variant comes with an AMD Ryzen 7 processor with 512GB PCIe SSD, 8GB RAM, and an AMD Radeon Vega 8 GPU. The Intel option, on the other hand, features an Intel Core i7 10th generation processor with a 512GB SSD, 16GB of RAM, and an NVIDIA MX350 GPU.
White
The IdeaPad S540 is available in Ice Blue, Silver, and White. The variant powered by AMD is priced at PHP 59,995 while the Intel variant is available for PHP 64,995.
Lenovo IdeaPad Flex 5

With the refreshed laptop out of the way, we get to the Lenovo IdeaPad Flex 5. It’s a 2-in-1 laptop that packs an FHD IPS display and comes in 14 and 15.6-inch variants.
Teal Blue
The laptop is powered by either up to 10th generation Intel Core i7 processor or an AMD Ryzen 4000 series processor.
In addition, it comes bundled with the Digital Pen for free.
Platinum Grey
The IdeaPad Flex 5 is available in three colors – plastic Graphite Grey, metal Platinum Grey, and metal Teal Blue. The 2-in-1 laptop starts at PHP 42,995 for the base variants.

Last, but definitely not the least, is the Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 5 which comes with a physical webcam shutter, multiple ports, and an SD card reader. Among these ports is its USB-C Port that supports DisplayPort video output and fast charging via PowerDelivery.
Platinum
Powering the latest IdeaPad laptop is either up to a 10th generation Intel Core i7 processor or an AMD Ryzen 4000 series processor.
Teal Blue
Like the Flex 5, the IdeaPad Slim 5 is available in three colors plastic Graphite Grey, metal Platinum, and metal Teal Blue. The price of the Slim 5 starts at PHP 49,995.
In addition, the company also launched Chromebook devices. Three variants of the Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 3 Chromebook will come equipped with an Intel Celeron N4020 processor and starts at PHP 13,995. The Flex 3 Chromebook comes with the same Celeron N4020 chip for PHP 20,995. The upcoming Flex 5 Chromebook, on the other hand, comes with up to a 10th generation Intel Core i5 processor and starts at PHP 31,995.
Those availing the IdeaPad Slim 5 and Flex 5 from June 1-30, 2020 get PHP 20,475 worth of premium gifts. These include a Herschel Little America Backpack (worth PHP 6,490), B210 Backpack (worth PHP 2,995), Lenovo 65W Travel Adapter (worth PHP 3,995), and Microsoft Office Home & Student Lifetime License (worth PHP 6,995).
