In its most recent event, Xiaomi’s sub-brand Redmi, announced its newest 5G mid-rangers, the Redmi 10X 5G and 10X 5G Pro.
Both the Redmi 10X and its Pro variant are IP53 rated and sport a 6.57-inch FHD+ AMOLED screen with 180Hz touch sampling rate, and pack MediaTek’s Dimensity 820 SoC along with 6GB/8GB of RAM on the non-pro variant and 8GB for the Pro. For storage, it’s up to 256GB on both devices.
Both use a 48MP main camera along with an 8MP ultra-wide shooter. The Pro variant does take things further with an 8MP telephoto lens with OIS and 3x optical zoom, as well as a 5MP macro shooter. Upfront is a 16MP sensor on the non-pro, and a 20MP on the Pro.
Redmi 10X series runs on MIUI 12 on top of Android 10 and houses a 4,520mAh battery that supports 22.5W fast-charging on the non-pro variant, and 33W on the Pro. Both will come in Blue, Pink, Gold and White Colors.
