Yes. “Loyal fans of Galaxy,” which could be referring to those who have created a Samsung account, can now pre-order the Galaxy Note 20 (Or at least that’s what we’re expecting it to be called).
This was confirmed after receiving an email from Samsung that also contained the link for the pre-order microsite, wherein you’ll find the full instructions. Do note that specifics such as specifications, pricing and freebies are still to be announced.
The full instructions only mention three options, a surprise gift, and a VIP Freebie – a UV Sterilizer that also has wireless charging (worth PhP2,199).
