iQOO has just introduced a new phone to its growing roster of smartphones, the iQOO U1.
iQOO U1 has a 6.53-inch LCD display with a 2340×1080 resolution. Housed in the punch hole is its 8MP front camera. On the rear is a triple camera setup with a 48MP sensor at the helm accompanied by a 2MP macro lens and a 2MP depth sensor.
Powering the phone is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 720G SoC along with 6GB/8GB RAM and 64GB/128GB internal storage, with no microSD card slot. The U1 gets its juice from a 4500mAh battery that charges via a microUSB port with support for 18W fast charging.
Out of the box, the iQOO U1 runs on Android 10 with iQOO UI on top with features like Game Space and Multi-Turbo. Other highlights of the phone include a 3.5mm headphone jack, a side-mounted fingerprint reader, and Bluetooth 5.1
The iQOO U1 comes in three colors – Black, Blue, and White. As far as pricing goes, the base 6GB/64GB variant is priced at CNY 1,198, while the 6GB/128GB version goes for CNY 1,398. The top spec-ed option with 8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage is available for CNY 1,598.
Pre-orders have begun in China through the company website, while sales will begin on July 23.
