ASUS has just announced that it will launch the Zenfone 7 series on August 26. The launch event will be streamed via the ASUS Taiwan official YouTube channel and starts at 2PM GMT+8.

The company is expected to announce two phones – a vanilla version and its Pro sibling. The new Zenfone phones are also expected to pack the same motorized flip camera from the Zenfone 6 but may boast four cameras.

The Zenfone 7 was spotted on Geekbench with its listing revealing that the phone is powered by a Snapdragon 865 SoC along with 16GB of RAM. Its Pro sibling, on the other hand, is expected to have a Snapdragon 865+. Not much else is known about the new Zenfones.
