Photos of the upcoming Huawei FreeLace Pro wireless earphones have been leaked on Weibo by a famous leakster, revealing almost everything like the price, look, and some of the features via the box.
The front of the box reveals a new design for the earphones themselves compared to its predecessor.
Around the back, it looks like the new FreeLace Pro will support gesture controls in addition to the already existing hardware controls on the next band. It also retains the USB-C charging from the neckband.
The text on the box is in Chinese but from a rough Google Translate/Huawei Translate reveals that the earphones have three mics for active noise cancelation for calls and listening to music. There’s also an option to block the ambient sounds but let human speech through.
The earphones pack 14.2mm drivers which are said to offer powerful bass. Battery life can go up to 24 hours of non-stop usage.
Huawei FreeLace Pro wireless earphones will be offered for CNY 799 which seems pretty reasonable for all its features. At this point, all that’s left is an official announcement.
