Huawei has just unveiled the FreeLace Pro earphones alongside the new MateBook X. The FreeLace Pro are Bluetooth earbuds with an around the neck cable, active noise cancellation (ANC), and charge through a built-in USB-C cable.
The ANC, according to the company, can reduce up to 40dB of sound. The earphones also have an ambient mode which allows outside noise in while on the move.
The FreeLace Pro feature touch controls on the earbuds in addition to the physical buttons on the neckband for music and calls. The earbuds have 14mm drivers and 3 microphones for ANC and for better audio quality for calls.
The battery of the new earphones is said to last 24 hours of use with a quick 5-minute charge offering up 5 hours of music listening.
The FreeLace Pro is available in black, white, and green and is priced for CNY 600 in China. They will hit the markets starting September 4, but international availability is yet to be announced.
