OPPO has just unveiled the OPPO Watch for the global market. The company announced the wearable back in March alongside the Find X2 and Find X2 Pro.
The OPPO Watch is available in two sizes – 46mm and 41mm. The bigger of the two has a 1.91-inch AMOLED panel while the smaller Watch has a 1.6-inch OLED display.
The body of the Watch is built from 6000-series aluminum alloy. The 46mm has plastic and ceramic on the back while the smaller only has plastic. Both versions will only come with a fluororubber strap though.
The global Watch runs with two chipsets – a Qualcomm Snapdragon 3100 and Ambiq Micro Apollo 3. The Snapdragon 3100 helps run Google Wear OS while the Ambiq Micro Apollo 3 powers the low-power mode.
The larger of the two has a 430mAh battery cell which is said to last 36 hours in Wear OS mode and 21 days in low-power mode. The 41mm version, on the other hand, packs a smaller 300mAh pack which is said to reach 24 hours in Smart Mode and 14 days with the power saver mode. Both versions charge with Watch VOOC Flash Charging.
Both versions of the Watch come in a Wi-Fi only version but the larger 46mm variant also has a version with LTE support.
The 46mm OPPO Watch comes in Black or Glossy Gold, while the 41mm version has three color options – Black, Pink Gold, and Silver Mist. In Europe, the OPPO Watch starts at EUR 249. The OPPO Watch has also been announced in India for INR 14,990 or INR 19,990. Pre-orders have already begun but will officially arrive in the first half of August.
