Smart is expanding its suite of digital and non-contact distribution channels to adapt and to address customer needs and requests more efficiently and safely amid the pandemic.
Now, customers can visit the Smart Online Store to order devices, apply or renew postpaid plans, purchase Smart and TNT prepaid e-load and mobile data bundles as well as postpaid data boosters. Users can also buy load or even pay bills using the PayMaya app.
Online shoppers can visit e-commerce platforms like Lazada to top up their prepaid phones. For every purchase of PhP500 load through Lazada, Smart will donate PhP50 to support the Philippine Red Cross through the Give Back with Giga campaign.
