Xiaomi has debuted a new addition to its Mi 10 series. The Mi 10 Ultra is perhaps the most capable of the bunch to date, with a flagship SoC, Super-fast charging, and a very capable set of cameras.
Mi 10 Ultra has a 6.67-inch FHD+ OLED display with 10-bit color output and 120Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, Xiaomi has opted for the Snapdragon 865, which seems odd if you’ll consider that the 865+ is already out. It has 16GB of LPDDR5 RAM and up to 512GB of UFS 3.1 storage.
For improved thermals, the device boasts a LiquidCool 2.0 vapor chamber along with a six stacked graphite layer.
Its quad-camera setup consists of a 48MP main sensor with OIS, a 48MP periscope with up to 5x optical and up to 120x hybrid zoom, a 20MP ultra-wide shooter, and a 12MP telephoto lens with 2x optical zoom. Both the main and telephoto units can record 8K videos. Upfront is a 20MP snapper.
The device houses a 4,500mAh battery which can be fully-charged in 20 minutes thanks to the new 120W Mi Turbo Charge feature. Xiaomi even says that the battery will still be able to maintain 90% capacity even after 800 charging cycles.
Mi 10 Ultra supports 10W reverse wireless charging, as well as 50W wireless charging. That means 0% to 40% in 40 minutes. You’ll have to buy the right charger to reach that speed though.
The newest member of the Mi 10 series runs on MIUI 12 on top of Android 10 and comes in three colors – Obsidian Black, Mercura Silver, and a limited Transparent Edition.
