Apart from the FreeBuds Pro and FreeLace Pro, Huawei also announced two new additions to its lineup of smartwatches – Watch GT 2 Pro and Watch Fit, during its ‘Seamless AI Life’ product launch event.
Watch GT 2 Pro
Watch GT 2 Pro features sapphire glass, a titanium body, and a ceramic case for maximum durability. It comes in Classic and Sport variants and offers a number of new watch faces, including Jungle and Starry Sky. Its HD AMOLED display measures 1.44-inches.
Designed not just as a piece of fashion, but also an intelligent fitness assistant, the device supports 100+ workout modes as well as offline navigation thanks to built-in GPS.
Health monitoring features include heart rate using the upgraded TruSeen 4, stress, sleep, and SpO2. It also boasts OneHop Watch Face, which means you can instantly use a photo from your smartphone as a watch face.
Watch GT 2 Pro supports wireless charging and boasts a two-week battery life – 30 hours with GPS enabled or 24 hours of music playback.
Watch Fit
Watch Fit boasts a 1.64-inch vivid Full-Vision Display that gives it a screen-to-body ratio of 70%. Made for the active lifestyle, it only weighs 34g (21g without strap) and supports 96 workout modes along with quick workout animations to visually guide the user.
Like the GT 2 Pro, it also has built-in GPS for accurate tracking and shows comprehensive workout data. It tracks heart rate, sleep, SpO2, and cycle tracking (for women).
Choose from over 200+ watch faces and give yours a personal touch by customizing your watch face with widgets. Watch Fit can be used as a music player and a remote shutter to take photos. It also supports the Always-On display feature.
Watch Fit boasts up to 10 days of battery life.
Pricing and Availability
Huawei Watch GT2 Pro is priced at 349 Euros for the classic model and 329 Euros for the Sport model, while Watch Fit will retail for 129 Euros. Both will be available globally this month.
