In its recent event, the company signified its goal of dominating the Philippine market by offering a wide range of products and services to cater to the needs of Filipinos. The new CHERRY branding brings various brands under its belt to create an entire ecosystem.

Under the new branding and one conglomerate, CHERRY will continue to offer solutions that are relevant and in pursuit of innovation to meet the needs of an evolving market.

The new logo and name signify the company’s mission to expand its reach by delivering the value-for-money and quality innovations that it has been offering since then. CHERRY will remain the same brand that Filipinos have loved from the start.

The New Logo: Stability and Balance

CHERRY’s new logo features an icon that resembles the Yin and Yang symbol, dropping the iconic fusion of “Cherry” and “Mobile” and then replacing it with the combined swoosh of its original pantone colors of red, white, and gray.

The removal of the word “mobile” signifies the company’s direction to a bigger vision and serve the Filipino market through a variety of products. Of course, they’ll still offer value-for-money and innovative smartphones.

The new logo has also made its debut on the brand’s newly released Cherry Ion Personal Wearable Air Purifier, and everyday new norm essential, and will also be in every product moving forward.

The Ecosystem of Brands: Bigger and Better

Looking back at its roots in 2009, with only four devices to showcase, CHERRY now carries an array of brands and services under its belt, including:

  • Cherry Mobile
  • Cherry Prepaid
  • Cherryroam
  • Cherry Home
  • Cherry Pet

Seeing beyond the desire to bring innovative devices and affordable technology to Filipinos, Cherry establishes solid partnerships with the most trusted technology leaders in terms of hardware, software, and peripherals.

The brand has ventured on telecommunication services through Cherry Prepaid, a prepaid data-centric SIM that provides affordable prepaid data services to Filipinos since 2015 and has activated more than five million subscribers nationwide.

Later on, it has widened its reach through Cherryroam, your ultimate travel WiFi roaming device with a fast, stable, and secured Internet connection to over 160 countries.

CHERRY launched its IoT arm through the Cherry Home brand last 2019, providing users the security, convenience, and peace of mind they truly deserve. The products are also connected and integrated into one platform that works with different IoT systems from switches, sockets, cameras, locks, and even home appliances.
