If you thought that AMD’s Ryzen 5000 announcement was the most hype tech product launch of the year, then you’re terribly wrong as AMD surprised everyone with their BIG NAVI launch. In AMD’s Where Gaming Begins EP2 showcased the Radeon RX 6900 XT, RX 6800 XT, and RX 6800 graphics card.

AMD CEO Lisa Su’s surprised the whole gaming industry with the Radeon RX 6900 XT as it rivals the RTX 3090 for less. Priced at $999, the Radeon RX 6900 XT is $499 cheaper and consumers 50watts less than the RTX 3090.

AMD Radeon RX 6800 XT

Positioned to compete against the RTX 3080 GPU, the AMD Radeon RX 6800 XT sits at $649 SRP, $50 less than team green’s price. AMD showed benchmarks of the RX 6800 XT pitted against the RTX 3080 in 4K and 1440P resolutions. While AMD shows some lead in terms of FPS, AMD didn’t show the RTX 3080’s numbers in their own benchmark.

The cheaper, RX 6800 was also announced as the RTX 3070’s rival. What’s interesting with the RX 6800 is its SRP of $579 which is $80 more than the RTX 3070 but $70 less than its XT variant. AMD did not show comparison benchmarks of the RX 6800.

RX 6000 Series Pricing and Availability

As mentioned earlier, the Radeon RX 6900 XT will retail for $999(Php 48,405) while the RX 6800 XT and RX 6800 will retail for $649(Php 31,445) and $579(Php 28,054) respectively. Both the Radeon RX 6800 XT and RX 6800 will be available worldwide on November 18, 2020 while the Radeon RX 6900 XT is set for release on December 8, 2020.
