Lenovo’s ThinkSmart Hub and ThinkSmart View will Come with Zoom Rooms and Zoom for Home, Respectively

Lenovo has just announced the ThinkSmart Hub and ThinkSmart View in cooperation with Zoom Video Communications, Inc at Zoomtopia.

The Lenovo ThinkSmart Hub and ThinkSmart View will be offered with Zoom Rooms and Zoom for Home, respectively.

The ThinkSmart Hub has an all-in-one design that offers one cable system I/O function that provides power, Ethernet, USB, and display connections. It also has rich audio with full-duplex speakers and four omnidirectional microphones.

In addition to being built on the Zoom Rooms platform, the Hub also includes built-in protection with ThinkShield and the custom-built ThinkSmart Manager software.

It has a 10.1-inch 1080p resolution display which has anti-glare and is smudge resistant, in addition to being able to rotate 360-degrees. The new device is powered by an Intel Core i5-8365U vPro coupled with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage.

The Think Smart View, on the other hand, is better suited for home use with a much more compact 8-inch HD touch screen. It has a wide-angle camera with a privacy shutter and dual microphone array. It supports both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth which allows the use of wireless headsets.

lenovo-thinksmart-hub-and-thinksmart-view-1It is built with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 624 at the helm along with 4GB RAM and 8GB of internal storage.

The Lenovo ThinkSmart Hub is expected to be available starting November 2020 with its price, yet to be unveiled. The Lenovo ThinkSmart View, on the other hand, is expected to hit the shelves starting January 2021 for USD 349.
