As confirmed by a teaser, the Motorola Edge S has officially made its debut. The device is powered by the new 7nm Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 SoC and also boasts an IP52 rating.
Motorola Edge S has a 6.7-inch IPS LCD with 1080p+ resolution, a 90Hz refresh rate, and HDR10 support. Under the hood, it’s got 6GB or 8GB of LPDDR5 RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage.
At the back, you get a 64MP main camera that can capture 6K video at 30fps, along with a 16MP ultra-wide shooter, a 2MP depth sensor, and a ToF unit. Upfront is a 16MP main and an 8MP ultra-wide snapper.
The device packs a 5,000mAh battery with support for 20W fast-charging. Other features include a 3.5mm headphone jack and 5G connectivity.
Motorola Edge S comes in a single color – Emerald Light, and is priced at CNY1,999 for the 6GB+128GB variant, CNY2,399 for the 8GB+128GB model, and CNY2,799 for the top-end 8GB+256GB unit.
