Motorola is Reportedly Working on an Ibiza 5G Phone with a Snapdragon 4-Series Chipset

A recent leak has revealed that Motorola is said to be working on a new phone dubbed the Motorola Ibiza with the model number XT-2137. The Ibiza is also said to be powered by a new 5G-ready Snapdragon chipset – SM4350 or codenamed “Holi”.

The new phone from Motorola is said to have an HD+ resolution display with a waterdrop notch and a 90Hz refresh rate. A combination of 4GB RAM and 128GB storage accompanies the new Snapdragon chipset.

motorola-ibiza-leakThe Ibiza will reportedly have a 13MP Samsung S5K316 lens in the front and a triple camera setup in the back. The rear setup will be led by a 48MP Samsung S5KGM1ST main camera, a 5MP Samsung S5K5E9 macro lens, and a 2MP OmniVision (OV02B1B) depth sensor.

In addition, the new smartphone is said to have a 5000mAh battery and runs on Android 11 out of the box.

The exact name of the Motorola Ibiza isn’t certain but it is expected to launch as one of the cheapest 5G phones in the market. It is expected to be announced in Q1 2021.
