iQOO, the vivo sub-brand, has just unveiled the iQOO U3X 5G in China with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 480. The new device is a rebranded vivo Y31.
The iQOO U3X 5G is built around the same 6.58-inch FHD+ LCD panel with a 90Hz refresh rate. In its waterdrop notch is an 8MP sensor with fixed focus and f/2.0 aperture. Around the back are a duo of a 13MP main camera and a 2MP depth sensor.
The Snapdragon 480 is joined by 4/6/8GB RAM and 64/128GB internal storage. The device also features a 5000mAh battery with 18W fast charging support.
It runs on Origin OS with features Multi-Turbo 5.0 for allocating all of the processing to gaming when needed and so-called “Memory Fusion” which uses 3GB of storage if you need a bit more RAM.
The iQOO U3X 5G comes in Magic Blue and Elegant Gray colorways. It is available in three memory configuraitons – 4/128GB, 6/64GB, and 8/128GB and is priced at CNY 1,199, CNY 1,199, and CNY 1,499, respectively.
