Discord just unveiled a new feature called Stage Channels for community servers. The feature is designed to be used for audio events where you want to select a number of members to be speaking on “stage” while the rest listens. The feature is similar to the Clubhouse social networking app.
Stage Channels can be used to run AMAs, Fireside chats, Townhalls, Reading Groups, and so much more.
Discord introduced last year it’s Go Live feature, which allows users to stream gameplay to up-to 50 viewers.
