According to the insider, Ice universe, Samsung, Xiaomi, vivo, and ZTE, are set to unveil devices with under-display cameras in the second half of this year.
Samsung and OPPO’s are said to be featuring the tech in their foldable devices, while Xiaomi will have it in the Mi Mix 4. vivo is expected to introduce it in the NEX 5.
ZTE was the first company to bring the under-display camera in the Axon 20 5G and is expected to bring an updated version on the Axon 30.
Despite being the first, the camera on the Axon 20 5G was said to be sub-par so it will be interesting to see how the companies will implement the tech while still be able to retain the quality on the front shooter.
