HONOR is introducing the new HONOR Play 5 series on May 18. The HONOR Play 5 series features a quad rear camera set up, a waterdrop notch up front, and what is expected to be an OLED panel because the fingerprint scanner is neither in the back nor on the side.
Another HONOR Play 5 device was previously leaked with a different camera setup which may hint at two devices that comprise the Play 5 series.
Both devices are said to have a 64MP quad rear camera setup. They are also rumored to have a 6.53-inch FullHD+ panel, at least one packing a MediaTek Dimensity 800U chipset. It is also said to feature a 3800mAh battery, whether or not the company has worked on its own fast charging technology or inherited Huawei SuperCharge standards is perhaps the biggest question. We’ll find out on May 18 at 7:30 PM, Philippine Time as the company unveils the HONOR Play 5 series.
