Shopee has launched the Shopee Mall Brand Memberships program in conjunction with the 7.7 Mid-Year sale. The program aims to help brands capture more growth online.
The Shopee Mall Brand Memberships program is a new customer management and retention tool that will enable brands on Shopee Mall build deeper connections with potential and existing customers. This helps the brands convert the customers into valuable lifetime ones.
The program has been rolled out across seven markets: Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Taiwan, Indonesia, Vietnam, and the Philippines.

Improving customer management and retention
The Shopee Mall Brand Memberships is designed to give brands more control in cultivating their customer relationships on the platform.
Brands can customize their own membership for shoppers, including the welcome gift, number of membership tiers, and brand loyalty points awarded for every purchase. Loyalty points can be redeemed for exclusive benefits like upsized vouchers and gifts with purchases. Additionally, vouchers from Brand Memberships can be stacked with other Shopee vouchers unlocking even more savings.
The program also provides brands with an effective way to identify and manage different customer segments. This is done through an understanding of the profiles, purchasing habits, and prefrences. Through this, brands can create more personalized experiences and run more effective campaigns in the future.
Shopee will be progressively rolling out a pipeline of new features to enhance theh membership program. This includes a more seamless shopping experience through omnichannel integration.
Shopee Mall Brand Memberships Grand launch at 7.7 Shopee Mid-Year Sale
The Shopee Mall Brand Memberships Grand Launch campaign has officially started. Brands can leverage the increased traffic through the 7.7 Mid-Year Sale.
Over 200 brands on Shopee Mall across popular categories will be participating in the Grand Launch with many more joining the program down the line.
The brands will offer launch perks like new registration points, upsized vouchers, and exclusive welcome gifts.
The Brand Memberships program can be easily accessed by each user under the ‘Shopee Loyalty’ tab.
