Amazfit is launching the Amazfit T-Rex Pro in the Philippines with pre-orders starting September 1 and it officially rolls out on September 3.
The Amazfit T-Rex Pro is built around a 1.3-inch always-on AMOLED panel to offer all the information you need. It is built with a metal-sprayed outer bezel. It also has a skin-friendly silicone strap with a sweat-wicking design.
In addition, the T-Rex Pro is designed for the outdoors, passing 15 military-grade tests. It is also shock-resistant, water-resistance grade of 10 ATM, and has up to 18 days of battery life.
The smartwatch supports four global navigation satellite systems that enable it to track your location in more complicated environments compared to GPS alone. Additionally, the watch boasts a barometric altimeter that records how high you’ve climbed and a compass to keep you in the right direction.
The T-Rex Pro has a weather tracker which helps you keep track of sunrise, sunset, and the current moon phase.
In addition to its outdoor-related features, the new Amazfit smartwatch support over 100 different sports mode. It is also able to track heart rate, distance, speed, calories, and SpO2. Moreover, it features the Firstbeat algorithm that assesses your maximum oxygen uptake, full recovery time, and training load. Along with this is the ExerSense algorithm that automatically recognizes eight sports modes and records related data.
The watch is equipped with the BioTracker 2 PPG Bio-Tracking Optical Sensor that performs heart rate monitor 24 hours a day and issues an alert if it gets too high. It also offers personalized evaluations through its proprietary Personal Activity Intelligence (PAI) health assessment system. PAI takes the data collected from your workouts, heart rate, and other tracked data and provides a numerical value as your unique health score and evaluation.
There’s also the SomnusCare sleep-quality monitoring feature. This allows the T-Rex Pro to recognize different sleep states like light, deep, and REM sleep stages, as well as detects daytime naps, and monitors potential breathing problems while you sleep.
The Amazfit T-Rex Pro is offered in Meteorite Black, Desert Grey, and Steel Blue colorways and is priced at PHP 8,090.
For the first 100 buyers of the T-Rex Pro will receive a YI 1080p Dome Camera. You can pre-order the smartwatch starting September 1 on Shopee and Lazada. It will officially hit the shelves on September 3.
