vivo has just introduced the vivo Y12G, the sixth and latest member of the vivo Y12.
The Y12G is built around a 6.51-inch HD+ LCD panel with a waterdrop notch for its 8MP front camera. Around the back, it features a 13MP main and a 2MP depth dual-camera housed in a slim rectangular module.
The new Y12 series device is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 439 chipset coupled with 3GB RAM and 32GB of expandable storage up to 256GB via microSD card.
It also has a 5000mAh battery that charges through a microUSB port. Additionally, it runs on Funtouch OS 11 on top of Android 11 out of the box.
The device features a 3.5mm headphone jack and a side-mounted fingerprint reader. If the spec sheet seems familiar, it’s because it’s pretty much the same as the vivo Y12s 2021 unveiled in Vietnam.
The vivo Y12G is available in Phantom Black and Glacier Blue colorways and is available in India for INR 10,990.
Ram found his love and appreciation for writing in 2015 having started in the gaming and esports sphere for GG Network. He would then transition to focus more on the world of tech which has also began his journey into learning more about this world. That said though, he still has the mentality of "as long as it works" for his personal gadgets.
