realme officially unveiled a new addition to its GT series – the realme GT Neo2, at its recent event in China. The specifications of this device puts it at flagship category.
realme GT Neo2 is equipped with a 6.6-inch FHD+ Samsung AMOLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate, 600Hz touch sampling rate, and 1,300 nits of brightness, At the helm is a Snapdragon 870 paired with 6GB/8GB/12GB of RAM. It’s got 128GB/256GB of UFS 3.1 storage as well.
At the back of the phone is a 64MP wide-angle camera, an 8MP ultra-wide unit, and a 2MP macro lens, while the front houses a single sensor tucked in a punch hole.
To facilitate improved thermal performance, realme GT Neo2 uses an innovative cooling gel with diamond particles along with an aerospace grade graphene sheet and a vapor cooling chamber. The combination of these elements is expected to decrease temperatures by up to 18°C and allow the phone to deliver up to 20% better overall performance compared to the realme GT.
The device runs realme UI 2.0 on top of Android 11 and packs a 5,000mAh battery with 65W wired fast-charging support. For pricing, it’s from CNY2,399 to CNY2,999. The brand has also confirmed that the phone will be launched globally as well.
