Samsung has just unveiled two official promo videos for One UI 4, its own Android skin based on Android 12.
The new version of One UI has been in beta for a while now in a few countries with it currently in beta 3 but the final build is expected to be released in the next few weeks. Because it is expected to be officially introduced, the videos come as no surprise.
The first video highlighted a lot of the new features of the new version but what was surprising was the announcement of One UI Book 4. As the name suggests, it’s a version for Samsung laptops. It brings some similar aesthetic designs to laptops.
The company didn’t detail how much of a change will be coming to Samsung laptops though.
Meanwhile, the second promo video pretty much doubles down on the feature highlights but with greater emphasis on how it works with the rest of the Samsung ecosystem. Yes, the rest of the ecosystem, that includes laptops, tablets, and Galaxy Watch, specifically the Galaxy Watch4.
As much as the two videos were to promote One UI 4, one takeaway from this is that the company is starting to highlight its ecosystem.

That said though, he still has the mentality of "as long as it works" for his personal gadgets.
