The Red Bull Mobile Esports Open (MEO) returns for its fourth season in 30 countries, including the Philippines, featuring PUBG Mobile.
Red Bull MEO Season 4 is open to all Filipino mobile players. During the tournament, players will participate in a 2-day National Qualifiers from October 9-10. The top 16 teams that qualify move on to the National Finals to determine the final four teams. The four teams will compete at the Regional Finals on November 20-21.
Competing teams in the tournament will battle it out for an opportunity to win up to EUR 10,000 in prizes.
Here are some of the important dates of the tournament:
- September 27 to October 6 – Tournament Registration
- October 9 to 10 – National Qualifiers
- October 16 – National Finals
- November 20 to 21 – Regional Finals
During the qualifiers, the team will be distributed into eight groups. Each group will consist of 16+ teams. Each group will play three maps per day over two days with a maximum playing time of 30 minutes per game.
Teams that fall short in the National Qualifiers will have a chance to redeem themselves in the Last Chance Qualifier in the International Online Qualifiers that will take place during the 2-month event.
Last year, more than 60,000 players from 28 countries registered for Red Bull MEO Season 3.
