Three Samsung devices, believed to be the Samsung Galaxy S22 phones, have just received their 3C Certifications. These are listed under the model numbers SM-S9010, SM-S9060, and SM-S9080 and are said to be the Galaxy S22, S22+, and Galaxy S22 Ultra, respectively.
What was surprising was that they’re listed with support for 25W wired fast charging instead of the rumored 45W charging. Although, this could apply only to the Qualcomm-powered phones as an Exynos 2200-powered S22 Ultra with a custom GPU from AMD is believed not to arrive in China.
It will be interesting to see if Samsung actually decides to stick with 25W wired charging on its flagship Samsung Galaxy S22 series because the rest of its competition has two or even three times the charging speeds.
