ASUS Republic of Gamers is announcing the launch of the ROG Phone 5s series comprised of the ROG Phone 5s and 5s Pro on December 8, 2021.
The new series features a Qualcomm Snapdragon 888+ processor and up to 16GB with the signature X Mode. The devices also have a 144Hz AMOLED panel, AirTrigger and Motion Controls, and a massive 6000mAh battery.
This gives mobile gamers the ultimate gaming performance including the best experience for the new PUBG: NEW STATE.
ROG Phone 5s x PUBG: NEW STATE Elite Showmatch
ROG also announced a collaboration between the ROG Phone 5s series and PUBG: NEW STATE, a battle royale mobile title from gaming publisher KRAFTON.
The collaboration will present a series of elite show matches dubbed the ROG Phone 5s x PUBG: NEW STATE Elite Showmatch. It has a combined prize pool of gaming gear worth over USD 50,000.
The campaign will feature a series of 100-player online tournaments across EMEA (Europe, the Middle East, and Africa) and APAC (Asia-Pacific) regions.
With the participation of a combined total of over 20 top influencers from around the globe, you can join the survival matches to pit your skills against the local influencers. They will not only join the battle but also livestream the matches on their social media accounts.
Representing the Philippines in the showmatch are DoNnn and Tricia Potato.
The overall winner will receive a full gaming hardware upgrade and a ROG Phone 5s gaming phone.
