realme has just expanded the realme 8 series in the Philippines with the launch of the realme 8i. The new realme 8 series member features a MediaTek Helio G96 chipset and a 50MP triple rear camera.
The 8i is built around a 6.6-inch FHD+ panel with an up to 120Hz adaptive refresh rate and a 180Hz touch sampling rate. On the upper left of the display is a punch hole for its 16MP selfie camera.
Around the back, the 50MP main camera is accompanied by a 2MP macro lens and a 2MP monochrome sensor.
Meanwhile, the Helio G96 is coupled with 4/6GB RAM and 64/128GB expandable storage of up to 256GB via microSD. The higher-end 6GB RAM option features Dynamic RAM Expansion of up to 5GB by using your storage.
The device draws juice from a 5000mAh battery cell with support for up to 18W Fast Charge.

realme 8i price and availability
The realme 8i is available in Space Black and Stellar Purple colorways. The base 4/64GB memory configuration is priced at PHP 9,990. Meanwhile, the 6/128GB option will go for PHP 11,990. Both variants are available online exclusively on Lazada and in all realme offline stores and partner dealers nationwide.
As an early-bird offer, you can get the 4/64GB variant for PHP 8,990 and the 6/128GB configuration for PHP 10,990 exclusively on Lazada. The promo starts on November 17, 12 AM and lasts until November 21.
