Motorola has just confirmed on Weibo that it will debut the Motorola Edge X30 on December 9. The new device will also feature the new Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset.
The company didn’t reveal anything else in its announcement aside from the date and time of the event.
Prior to this, a device under the model number XT2201-2 which is believed to be the Edge X30 was spotted getting its 3C certification with a 5000mAh battery and support for 68.2W fast charging. Another leak mentions that the device will have a 6.67-inch 144Hz AMOLED panel with HDR10+.
The camera system was also tipped to have a 60MP camera on the front and a trio at the back. The latter is said to consist of a 50MP main camera, a 50MP ultra-wide lens, and a 2MP depth sensor.
The launch of the Motorola Edge X30 will take place in China on December 9 at 7:30 PM.
