Steam Deck is coming this February 25 and now according to Valve, you will have no shortage of games to test its capabilities. The company has tested over 100 games for its handheld device that will work.
Out of the 106 that work, 60 of them are verified to be highly optimized. This means that controller configuration and glyphs will match, the interface is legible and the performance will be good.
Moreover, there are 41 games that are somewhat playable, depending on which game, tweaking their graphics options will be needed to make it work as intended. While five more games were deemed unsupported, included in those games are four VR titles, as VR games won’t work on the Steam Deck.
Highlighted games that were tested include Death Stranding, Portal 2, Dark Souls 2 and 3, indie titles like Cuphead and Celeste.
There is no official list of these games on steam’s website but you can check out a fan-made version here.
