Xiaomi has just inaugurated its second Exclusive Service Center in the Philippines last March 5, 2022. This is part of the company’s initiative to provide premium after-sales service to its customers.
The new Xiaomi Exclusive Center is found on the ground floor of SM City Manila beside the Manila City Hall. It aims to provide a harmonious experience and luxurious treatment for its consumers.
The first center was opened in December 2021 in Bonifacio Global City.

The brand announced last year that part of its goals for this year will be ramping up its after-sales service in the country.
In early 2021, Xioami increased its after-sales touchpoints by expanding to 20 service locations across the country from 10. Moreover, it added 10 additional authorized service centers to serve Xiaomi TV products. A Contact Center was also established to supports customers in the Philippines and the Americas.
