Samsung has announced the Exynos 1280 SoC that is currently powering the manufacturer’s mid-range Galaxy A-Series – A33/A53 and Galaxy M53.
The SoC is built on Samsung’s 5nm EUV process and features an 8-core CPU made up of 2x Cortex-A78 performance cores paired with 6x Cortex-A55 power-efficient cores. For the GPU it features an ARM Mali-G68.
