Starting June 6, 2022, GrabPay will now have convenience fees for over-the-counter cash-in transactions.
Transactions through 7-Eleven stores will be subject to an additional 2% convenience fee. Meanwhile, a PHP 15 fee will be applied to every GrabPaycash-in transaction made through over-the-counter stores:
- SM Business Center
- Robinsons Department Store
- Cebuana Lhuillier
- M. Lhuillier
- Palawan Pawnshop
- RD Pawnshop
You can still cash into your wallet free of charge though by linking your BDO, BPI, or UnionBank account to the wallet.
