MediaTek has just unveiled the Dimensity 930 and Helio G99 alongside the Dimensity 1050.
The Dimensity 930 is a 5G chipset that supports up to 120Hz FHD+ display, MiraVision HDR, and HDR10+. It also features HyperEngine 3.0 Lite gaming enhancements that bring intelligent multi-network management to ensure lower latency. It also features 2CC-CA and mixed duplex FDD+TDD for higher speeds and greater reach.
Moreover, it incorporates noise redection engines for photos and video capture.
The Helio G99, on the other hand, is a 4G/LTE 6nm chipset with support forup to 120Hz FHD+ panels. It also supports up to 108MP cameras and features HyperEngine 2.0 Lite gaming technologies. The new Helio G-series chipset offers 30% more efficiency compared to the Helio G96.
MediaTek announced that the Dimensity 930-powered devices are expected to be introduced in Q2 of 2022, while the Helio G99 will debut one devices in Q3 of 2022.
