UNBOX CON, a new collectibles convention bringing together sneakerheads, toy enthusiasts, and card collectors, is introducing new digital innovations to elevate the experience of attendees and exhibitors.
The convention will take place on June 18, 2022 at the SM Manila Convention Center.
Digital QR Tickets and Empowering Exhibitors to Sell Online with Lazada
Attendees will no longer need to buy physical tickets over the counter nor line up for hours to buy tickets at the venue. Instead, the Silver or Gold tickets to the event are exclusively available via Lazada.
Once purchased, the tickets will be stored in the Lazada app as a QR code. This will then be scanned at the entrance, providing an easier and painless way to enter.
The partnership between UNBOX CON and Lazada also equips and enables exhibitors or merchants to sell online so they can still serve those who can’t attend the convention on the actual event day. Lazada will also conduct an e-commerce masterclass training for exhibitors and help with onboarding for the platform.
In addition, exclusive deals will be available on the online shops of participating merchants while the event is ongoing.
Collectible NFT Tickets for VIP Access
The convention is also introducing country-first for collectible conventions with new collectible NFT VIP Tickets. Customers can mint the NFT on OpenSea on May 14.
There are only 300 tickets available and the ticket will provide a variety of perks like:
- 1 Hour Early Access to Unbox CON so they can purchase event-exclusive drops ahead of everyone else
- Access to the VIP Event Lounge with free food and drinks
- Limited Edition Shirt and Tactical Tote Bag designed by Technical Design Firm SNK ATK
- Perks for succeeding Unbox CON events in the future

What to Expect at UNBOX CON 2022
UNVOX CON is a full-day event that features over 100 exhibitors and merchants of sneakers, art toys, apparel, and collectible cards. The major highlight would be the event-exclusive drops from DBTK, WetWork, Creon CHKN, It’s Sole Good, SNK ATK, Above the Ankle, SIC Supple Co., Jeremy Tanavit, and Jed Madela of Madd Creatives.
Additionally, there’s a full-day program that includes DJ performances, panel discussions featuring creators and industry movers, live box breaks for the NBA Cards community, and more.
The event is set to take place on June 18, 2022 at the SMX Manila Convention Center. Tickets will be available exclusively via Lazada starting May 14.
