vivo, in collaboration with Mineski Global, announces the first PUBG Turbo Cup Challenge Tournament. On July 9, 2022, the best of the best in PUBG Mobile from Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand, and the Philippines battle it out for the title of first PUBG Turbo Cup Challenge champion and the USD 20,000 prize pool.
The tournament will have three stages – country qualifiers, country finals, and SEA finals and will be played in a Battle Royale style. The four games in the three stages will be played on Erangel, Sanhok, Miramar, and Vikendi in third person perspective (TPP).
64 teams will compete in the country qualifier and divided into four groups. The four top teams per group will qualify for the country finals. The top four teams in this stage will then move on to the SEA Finals. In each stage, the placements will be determined with the highest place and total kill points.
The leaders of each winning team in the country qualifiers will meet and greet on of the country’s PUBG Mobile pro team leader. This meeting will help hone the gaming tactics and skills of the teams.
The registration period runs from May 13 to May 31, 2022, while the country qualifiers take place starting June 4. The country finals, on the other hand, will be held on June 19.
Here’s how you can join the vivo PUBG Turbo Cup Challenge
The vivo PUBG Turbo Cup Challenge is available for active students. If you and your squad want to join, you can register via the official website where you have to upload a photo of your student ID and student portal account profile. Additionally, you’ll need to have your own PUBG Mobile account and registered ID nicknames.
Do note though that you can only be registered to one team that should consist of four people.
