Rendered images posted by Evan Blass, 91Mobiles, Pricebaba, and MySmartPrice have surfaced showing the designs of the upcoming Galaxy Z Fold4 and Flip4.
The image above shows the Galaxy Z Fold4’s three colorways – Phantom Black, Beige, and Gray-green. It also shows that there are almost no noticeable differences from its predecessor’s frame design showing the side-mounted fingerprint scanner on the right alongside the volume rocker on top of it and the SIM tray on the upper left corner.
The next renders show the Galaxy Z Flip4 which also has no significant design changes from its predecessor. The renders show Grey, Purple, Gold, and Light Blue colorways.
Furthermore, the renders shared by MySmartPrice also show the Galaxy Z Flip4’s secondary screen which looks slightly wider than the outer screen with rumors saying that it is a 2.1-inch display.
As of now, we only know about the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chips powering these new foldable phones and that Samsung will showcase them on August 10, 2022. Additional rumors say that the Fold4 may feature a thinner hinge and slightly wider screens while the Flip4 is expected to have an improved battery capacity.
