Under the hood, they are both Intel Evo-certified with a 12th Gen Intel Core H-series processor and equipped with PCIe 4.0 SSD storage. Additionally, they have ASUS IceCool thermal technology to maximize the CPU performance, at the same time keeping it cool.

Both the Vivobook S 14X OLED and S 14 OLED are powered by ASUS OLED technology with a 2.8K OLED panel.
