Ahead of the October 26 launch of the Nothing Ear (stick), 91Mobiles shared renders of the alleged design of the Nothing Ear (2). As the name suggests, the Ear (2) is the successor to Nothing’s very first product, the Nothing Ear (1).
Nothing Ear (2) Renders
The Nothing Ear (2) renders show an almost identical design to its predecessor, including the charging case and earbud design. The only difference that is visible is the ear (2) text on the stem of the earbuds.
We’re not sure exactly how the unannounced TWS earbuds will differentiate itself from its predecessor. The predecessor launched with 11.6mm dynamic drivers, ANC, touch control on the stem, and up to 5.7 of playback on the earbuds alone.
The case of the Ear (1) offered a total of up to 34 hours of playback and charged via Qi wireless charging or USB Type-C. It was initially offered for USD 99 but will retail for USD 149 starting October 26.
Maybe we’ll hear more about the Nothing Ear (2) following the launch of the Ear (stick) but the first iteration was introduced in July 2021. If the company plans to stick to that time frame, there’s a lot of time to hear more about the Ear (2).
