HMD Global recently introduced the latest clamshell Nokia device – the Nokia 2780 Flip in the United States. The 2780 Flip is the successor to the 2760 Flip introduced earlier this year and is a folding feature phone.
The new clamshell device has a 2.7-inch TFT display on the inside and a 1.77-inch panel on the cover. On top of the outer display is a 5MP camera with an LED flash next to it.
Under the hood, the device has a Qualcomm 215 SoC with an X5 LTE modem coupled with 4GB RAM and 512MB storage. The phone also supports VoLTE, RTT, and Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n support.
The phone has a removable 1450mAh battery which is pretty normal by feature phone standard but pretty rare for smartphones of today. It also runs on KaiOS 3.1 and has FM Radio and MP3 support.
Nokia 2780 Flip Pricing and Availability
The Nokia 2780 Flip is available in Red and Blue colorways and is priced at USD 89.99 (around PHP 5,300). It will officially hit the shelves in the US starting November 15.
