OPPO introduced the OPPO Band 2 in the Philippines with the company’s latest IoT/wearable tech innovations all for PHP 3,999.
The Band 2 has a larger 1.57-inch AMOLED panel than its predecessor with more than 74% larger display area thanks to its higher 47% screen-to-body ratio. The display also offers up to 500 nits which ensures a clear display despite being outdoors.
The smart band enables you to customize your watch face to show off your unique style. This includes using the AI Outfit Watch Face 2.0 to automatically generate the watch face that matches your outfit. It also features pattern watch faces to allow you to draw a watch face from your phone and auto-sync it to your band.
The OPPO Band 2 is equipped with a high-precision 6-axis motion sensor with heart rate and SpO2 sensors. It boasts a new Professional Tennis Mode that recognizes various tennis strokes and records five types of data like strokes, racket swings, activity duration, heart rate, and burned calories. This is on top of the over 100 workout modes that it supports.
The smart band helps monitor things like heart rate, SpO2, stress, as well as sleep. For sleep, it has an integrated OSleep all-scenario sleep tracking. It enables the scheduled “Time to Sleep” function along with Undisturbed and Eye Protection modes.
Its battery is said to offer 14-days of use. The smart band charges via magnetic charging which can fully charge the battery within an hour.
Other features of the Band 2 include being able to check the weather and the six-day forecast, music control, access a stopwatch and flashlight, find your device, and set alarms and timers.
