Google shares the holiday spirit by giving you new Android features for this happy season which include new styles of photo collages to new features on the Wear OS.

The new features that are listed below range from new customization options to security, and WearOS features.

Here is the list of the new features available this holiday season: 

  1. Google Photos “Styles” for collage editor – create shareable collages for your friends and family and also find unique designs to enhance them.
  2. Emoji Kitchen – the emoji kitchen has new emojis for you to choose from to help you add some glitter to your messages.
  3. Enhanced Reading Mode – creates an accessible reading experience that can be helpful for people who are blind, have low vision, or is dyslexic.
  4. YouTube’s new Home Screen Widget – easily access new content from your favorite Youtubers with a quick tap from your Home screen.
  5. Google TV app – makes it easy to use your phone to discover movies and shows from across your streaming services.
  6. Digital Car Key – you can lock, unlock and turn on a compatible car using just your phone. And now, you can share your compatible digital car key with friends and family across Pixel and iPhones (coming soon to select phones with Android versions 12 and up).
  7. Get more from your WearOS smartwatch – New enhancements for Google Maps, Keep app, and Google Assistant.
