HyperX has unveiled its newest products at CES 2023 – the HyperX Clutch Gladiate, a wired controller that’s licensed for Xbox, and the next-gen HyperX Pulsefire Haste 2 gaming mice in wired and wireless variants. It also revealed HX3D, a new program that offers gamers a range of ways to customize their gear using HP’s best-in-class 3D printing technology.
HyperX Clutch Gladiate Enhanced Wired Controller for Xbox
This officially licensed wired Xbox controller packs dual trigger locks as well as remappable rear buttons to optimize control adjust to different ways that various gamers play. Powerful dual rumble motors also add immersive and intuitive force feedback cues. With textured grips, Clutch Gladiate provides a comfortable, secure grasp of the controller. There’s also a 3.5mm stereo jack for easily connecting a wired headset.
HyperX PulseFire Haste 2 Wired
The wired version of this new mouse weighs only 53 grams and utilizes an ultra-lightweight shell design for quicker movements. It features up to 8000Hz polling rate and uses a high precision HyperX 26K sensor with native DPI settings of up to 26K DPI. The durable and responsive HyperX Switch is rate for 100 million clicks. It uses Flexible HyperFlex 2 cables and virgin-grade PTFE skates for a smooth, easy glide.
Customize your HyperX PulseFire Haste 2 with HyperX’s NGENUITY software which allows for adjusting DPI settings, RGB lighting, button assignments, sensor performance, and record macros. The mouse will come in two colors – Black and White.
HyperX PulseFire Haste 2 Wireless
The wireless version offers both Bluetooth 3 and 2.4GHz gaming-grade wireless technology. Weighing in at 62 grams, Pulsefire Haste 2 wireless offers quicker movements and up to 100 hours of battery life in a single charge. It also uses the high precision HyperX 26K, the HyperX Switch, HyperFlex 2 cables, and virgin-grade PTFE skates. It’s also customizable using the NGENUITY software.
HyperX will release a series of 3D-printed peripheral upgrades, starting with limited-edition custom keycaps designed to fit on HyperX and most other mechanical keyboards. It will be available to consumers over the coming months.
The brand will collaborate with game developers, esports teams, content creators, influencers, and internal creative teams to create and design fan-friendly products that can either be used of gaming or be treated as collectibles.
Its first limited-edition keycap is based on the HyperX Cozy Cat design and voted by its gaming community. HX3D products are produced on HP Inc. 3D printers as part of a growing cooperation between the brands, leveraging the latter’s experience and bringing strategy, innovation and color printing skills to gaming.
Additional keycaps are planned throughout the year with design collaborations planned with influencers, creators, ambassadors, and other celebrity and non-endemic partners. With HX3D, HyperX is bringing the next level of personalization to gaming.
