LG Electronics highlighted its new webOS UI version on its latest TVs at CES 2023. The new webOS UI version features a dedicated gaming hub with the addition of cloud gaming service Amazon Luna and 4K 60 FPD streaming via NVIDIA GeForce NOW.
You can now access the popular cloud gaming services accessed from LG Game Card on webOS 2023, including via voice command. This allows gamers numerous gaming titles from leading partners such as NVIDIA, Blacknut, Utomik, and now Luna and Boosteroid without additional downloads or hardware needed.
LG TVs Gaming-centric Services
LG’s award-winning OLED TVs supply you with the smoothest gameplay with superior image quality, an ultra-fast 0.1 response time, and low input lag. Additionally, you can have a personalized gaming experience through customization features including Game Optimizer and genre-specific picture settings.
NVIDIA GeForce NOW is now streaming on 2020 models and was already available in FHD on 2021 and 2022 LG TVs running webOS 6.0 or above. Later this year, select models will now start streaming the cloud gaming service in 4K.
Among the games you can access with GeForce NOW include free-to-play titles like Fortnite, Apex Legends, and Destiny 2. Meanwhile, GeForce NOW Ultimate members will enjoy streaming at up to 4K resolution at 60 fps on supported TVs.
Meanwhile, Amazon Luna is joining other cloud gaming services on the webOS Home Screen of the latest TVs and accessible from LG’s Game Card in the US. The subscription service offers games including Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, Everspace, and Team Sonic Racing.
