TCL is set to release the TCL Ion X which features a removable battery amidst the ubiquitous presence of non-removable batteries in the smartphone market.

The device boasts a 3000mAh removable battery that can be swapped out anytime it needs to be replaced.
Aside from the removable battery, the phone has other uncommon features like a microSD card slot and a 3.5mm headphone jack. These features come alongside Bluetooth 5.1 and USB-C but the phone does not support 5G networks though.
