OnePlus just held a massive launch event wherein it introduced the OnePlus 11, OnePlus Buds Pro 2, and the company’s first tablet – the OnePlus Pad. Additionally, the company unveiled its first keyboard the OnePlus Featuring Keyboard 81 Pro, and its new TV offering.
OnePlus Featuring Keyboard 81 Pro
OnePlus previously mentioned its OnePlus Featuring program, a new co-creation platform. The OnePlus Featuring Keyboard 81 Pro is the first product of this program.
The OnePlus Featuring Keyboard 81 Pro was done in partnership with Keychron, which explains why OnePlus’ first keyboard is pretty similar to the Keychron Q1 Pro. As the name suggests, the Keyboard 81 Pro has 81 keys with a US layout and hot-swappable switches.
The keyboard has built-in RGB and a CNC-machined aluminum case. Moreover, it has built-in Bluetooth 5.1 but also has a USB-C port for wired connection.
It comes with the tactile “Winter Bonfire” and the linear “Summer Breeze”. The former is made of PBT plastic, while the latter uses what the company dubs “Marble-mallow”.
The OnePlus Featuring Keyboard 81 Pro has an alert slider on the back as well as a rotary knob. The latter is found on the upper right of the keyboard and can be customized to control different things.
The company has yet to reveal the price for its first keyboard but it will be available starting in April.
OnePlus TV 65 Q2 Pro
Meanwhile, the TV 65 Q2 Pro is a 65-inch 4K QLED TV and is the successor to the OnePlus Q1 Pro. The newer variant has a 120Hz refresh rate, 97% DCI-P3 coverage, and HDR.
It has a built-in 70W soundbar that creates 2.1-channel audio and features a 30W woofer. Additionally, the speaker is Dolby Atmos-certified.
The OnePlus TV 65 Q2 Pro runs on a custom OxygenPlay 2.0 based on Android 11.
The new TV will be available in India starting March 10 and it is priced at INR 99,999.
