realme has officially unveiled the realme C55 in Indonesia. The latest C-series device features a 90Hz display with a Mini Capsule Notification, realme’s take on the Apple Dynamic Island.

The C55 is built around a 6.52-inch FHD+ IPS LCD panel with a 90Hz refresh rate. Housed in a punch hole in the middle of the panel is an 8MP front snapper, while around the back it has a 64MP main camera accompanied by a 2MP lens.

Under the hood, it is equipped with a MediaTekHelio G88 chipset with up to 8GB LPDDR4X RAM and up to 256GB storage. The storage is expandable via a microSD card slot.

It draws power from a 5000mAh battery cell and supports 33W SuperVOOC Charge. In addition to the microSD card slot, the device has a 3.5mm audio jack and charges via a USB-C 2.0 port.

realme C55 - Indonesia launch - colors

The realme C55 will be available in Indonesia starting March 8. It comes in two memory configurations and these are priced at:

  • 6/128GB – IDR 2,499,000 (around PHP 9,000)
  • 8/256GB – IDR 2,999,000 (around PHP 10,700)

The device is expected to make be available in other global markets soon.
